Natalia Braghis
Customer Service Assistant / Course Coordinator

Natalia is a native Romanian speaker who studied Marketing and Public Relations at university.  As well as Romanian, she speaks English and Russian, and dabbles in a bit of French.

Natalia has had several years of experience with human resources and customer services. At Listen & Learn, she acts as a liaison between potential students and teachers.  Her passion for language and her past experience help her organise and manage hundreds of language courses for students around the UK and Ireland.

Natalia enjoys music, reading, travelling, and apples. Her favourite language is English.
