Japanese Facts
Japanese is distinguished by a complex system of honorifics, reflecting the complex nature of Japanese society, as well as verb forms and vocabulary indicating the relative status of the speaker and listener
Dozens of dialects are used in Japan, due to many factors, but mainly the time that the island has been inhabited and the fact that Japan has a long history of both external and internal isolation
Japanese is a 'pro-drop' language, meaning the subject or object of a sentence does not need to be stated if it is obvious from context

Book now / EnquiryJapanese courses of this type are aimed towards those that need to learn Japanese to aid them with their employment. For those just starting out, it is integral to learn basic greetings and business etiquette; and reading and writing can be adopted once the simple precepts are out of the way. Success has come from students who are involved in import/export, international negotiations and acquisitions, those seeking jobs in multinational companies, and those working with foreign colleagues, academia and bureaucracy. Just our most basic beginners course will have the student finishing the course with basic telephone/e-mail skills in Japanese, as well as survival Japanese should a short stay in the country be needed.
Book now / EnquiryThese courses in Japanese are wider-ranging in their nature, and are driven towards students who have a variety of differing needs. All beginner students will expect to study enough survival Japanese to get them through a short visit to the country, those staying on with the course can progress differently, depending on their individual requests and requirements. Whether you are buying property in a foreign country, married to a foreign national, planning a round-the-world trip, interested in Japanese history and culture, or if you simply want to attain a particular level of Japanese, this is the choice for you.

Worthing
Worthing is a large seaside town on the south coast of England, with a population of almost 100,000. Often considered a retirement home, Worthing in fact has an active underground culture, with the area well-known for smugglers all the way back to the 18th century. The town is more than just a sleepy fishing village. It has a rich archaeological history: many Roman coins, tiles and other pottery have been discovered in several parts of the town. Worthing Pier has stood firm since 1862, which is hardly surprising given the town's crime rate, which is far lower than the national average.
