To be honest I understood about two words of it - and one of them was “bonito”. It was recommended to me by someone who said that it was probably the easiest song to understand in my new second language. It starts of kind of easy for a beginner but then there is a really fast bit and he seems to say that “mi pan se quema”, which doesn’t really sound all that bonito after all. Here is a quick tip for you while we are on the subject. A lot of the gringos who come here use the word bonito to describe everything and the locals tend to find it quite funny. There are plenty of other synonyms you can use and it is worth learning a few of them.

La Camisa Negra

After a few days of Spanish courses you will no doubt want to go the disco. I thought it was something to do with, well, actually I didn’t have the foggiest idea what it or anything else was about, which is a pretty great state to be in if you ask me. It might be something to do with a black shirt which he apparently has but after that I was lost.

My Bread is Burning “Bonito” was one of the first songs in Spanish I listened to after I started to learn Spanish.
