I am pursuing a major in Spanish at Northwestern University, and I hope to use this knowledge to help others as an immigration lawyer. I want to be a lawyer than can communicate with immigrants and treat them with kindness and compassion throughout the whole process of navigating living in a new country. I've studied abroad for one month in Sevilla, España, and this greatly helped better my language skills. I would like to study abroad again and continue to travel because I firmly believe that immersion is the best way to learn a language.
