Italian Radio Stations

Everyone knows that confident listening is one of the trickier skills to acquire when learning a language. Disclaimer: Passive listening won’t make you fluent overnight. However, exposing yourself to as much of the language as often as possible will certainly be a big help. You won’t understand every word you hear, but it’s not about that. It’s about improving your familiarity with the sound, speed, and all-around flow of the language….and finding some great music in your target language. But where are you supposed to find enough audio to keep your ears happy and your language brain ticking over?

This app does the hard work for you. It provides a loooong list of radio stations in the Italian language, so all you do is scroll and click and you're away, surrounded by the joys of real Italian...so long as you don't pick a station that just plays English music that is! There’s even a timer setting - handy if you’re timing yourself on a run, or snuggling up in bed falling asleep.

Additionally, you can access the radio stations’ Facebook pages (where applicable) and like their pages directly from the app, giving you Italian in your Facebook feed next time you log in.
