Book now / EnquiryThese courses in Italian are meant for those that feel that learning Italian would make a change in their work. For starters, it is expedient to learn how to say hello/goodbye, as well as basic business protocol; once the basics have been mastered, reading and writing come to the fore. Students who have greatly benefitted have been involved in import/export, international negotiations and acquisitions, jobseekers in multinational companies where another language is required, and those working in the international academia and government circuits. Even on our most fundamental beginner's course, students can anticipate ending the course with basic telephone Italian and e-mail Italian skills for communicating, as well as survival Italian if a short visit to the country is needed.
Book now / EnquiryThis set of Italian tutorials are less specific and more targeted at those who want to get a range of different things from learning Italian. Even though all novice students will cover survival Italian: enough Italian to make a visit to the country or make good contacts with the locals, but what do you do from there? It depends on your needs. Those who have benefitted from these courses have been those moving or investing overseas, spouses of overseas nationals, people who love to travel all over the world, those interested in Italian culture, and those who just want to pass a specific examination in Italian.
Book now / EnquiryIf there are 2 or more of you with the same level of Italian, the same targets within the language, and be able to study at the same time and location, then you'll be happy to know that these Italian courses can also be made available for Two-to-One Italian Courses or Small Group In-Company Italian Courses. Listen & Learn do not generally recommend classes of more than 6-8 people, although Taster courses in Italian can run with up to 12 people. Wigan
A town in Greater Manchester, in northwest England, Wigan has a population of around 85,000. It was formerly an industrial hub for textile manufacture, but the last mill closed in 1980. The town remains a centre of popular music for youths, with many alternative pubs and clubs to be found in the town centre, all eager to promote and host local musicians and bands. Currently in the middle of a large "regeneration" project, Wigan is undergoing many changes to give it increased commercialism and tourism.
Italian Testimonials
"This is just a quick note to say thank you for arranging our Italian classes. We really enjoyed them and we liked Maria very much. We are interested in having some more lessons, perhaps once a week now. We'd like them to focus on conversation so that we can practise what we've learned so far."
