Face-to-Face 1-to-1 (Individual) General Frisian
These Frisian lessons are more general in nature and are targeted at students who have a whole range of different needs. While all beginners level students can expect to cover Survival Frisian—required for short visits to a country where English may not be spoken and/or the intention is to make good contacts with the local population—students then generally progress in different directions depending on their needs. Typical students include those buying property overseas, spouses of overseas nationals, people about to set off on that long-awaited world trip, Frisian-culture enthusiasts and those who are keen to pass a particular Frisian examination. Face-to-Face 1-to-1 (Individual) Business Frisian
These lessons in Frisian are meant for those who feel that learning Frisian would make a change in their work. For starters, it is expedient to learn how to say hello/goodbye, as well as basic business protocol; once the basics have been mastered, reading and writing come to the fore. Students who have greatly benefited have been involved in import/export, international negotiations and acquisitions, jobseekers in multinational companies where another language is required and those working in the international academia and government circuits. Even in our most fundamental beginner's lesson, students can anticipate ending the lesson with basic telephone Frisian and e-mail Frisian skills for communicating, as well as survival Frisian if a short visit to the country is needed. Face-to-Face Closed (Private) Group General or Business Frisian
If there are 2 or more of you with the same level of Frisian, the same goals sought for the language and be able to study at the same time and location, then you'll be happy to know that these Frisian lessons can also be made available with Two-to-One Frisian Lessons or Small Group In-Company Frisian Lessons. Listen & Learn does not generally recommend classes with more than 6-8 people, though Taster lessons in Frisian can run with up to 12 people. Skype, Google Meet or Zoom Online 1-to-1 (Individual) General or Business Frisian
Our native speaker qualified Frisian language teachers can train you and your colleagues at your office or home at a time to suit you. Classes can be any day of the week (even weekends) in the morning, afternoon or evening. In certain circumstances, if your home or office is not available, you can take your classes at the trainer's office. Course books are provided. Enquire now about our Frisian Courses.
Skype, Google Meet or Zoom Online Group (Closed or Open) General or Business Frisian
Two or more people can benefit studying Frisian together as these Frisian lessons are also offered to groups (Two-to-One Frisian Lessons or Small Group In-Company Frisian Lessons). Every student must have the same degree of knowledge of the language, the same business or language needs and the ability to study at the same time and place as everybody else. The booking has to be made for all students simultaneously.
