The type of courses we offer:

Face-to-Face 1-to-1 (Individual) General Latin

These Latin lessons are more general in nature and are targeted at students who have a whole range of different needs. While all beginners level students can expect to cover Survival Latin—required for short visits to a country where English may not be spoken and/or the intention is to make good contacts with the local population—students then generally progress in different directions depending on their needs. Typical students include those buying property overseas, spouses of overseas nationals, people about to set off on that long-awaited world trip, Latin-culture enthusiasts and those who are keen to pass a particular Latin examination. Face-to-Face 1-to-1 (Individual) Business Latin

These lessons in Latin are meant for those who feel that learning Latin would make a change in their work. For starters, it is expedient to learn how to say hello/goodbye, as well as basic business protocol; once the basics have been mastered, reading and writing come to the fore. Students who have greatly benefited have been involved in import/export, international negotiations and acquisitions, jobseekers in multinational companies where another language is required and those working in the international academia and government circuits. Even in our most fundamental beginner's lesson, students can anticipate ending the lesson with basic telephone Latin and e-mail Latin skills for communicating, as well as survival Latin if a short visit to the country is needed. Face-to-Face Closed (Private) Group General or Business Latin

The Latin lessons are also available for 2 or more people studying together (Two-to-One Latin Lessons or Small Group In-Company Latin Lessons). All participants must have the same level, the same business or general language needs and be able to study at the same time in the same location. The booking must be made for all participants at the same time. Listen & Learn does not recommend group classes of more than 6-8 people though In-Company Taster Latin Lessons can be run with up to 12 people. Enquire now about our Latin Courses.

Skype, Google Meet or Zoom Online 1-to-1 (Individual) General or Business Latin

You and your group can be trained by our qualified Latin teachers and can meet at your place of work or home at a time that works best for you. Tutorials can take place any day of the week, including weekends, and can be scheduled for the morning, afternoon or evening. If your home or office is not fitting for you, you can attend the lesson at the teacher's offices. You will be provided with all relevant lesson materials. Enquire now about our Latin Courses.

Skype, Google Meet or Zoom Online Group (Closed or Open) General or Business Latin

Lessons in Latin are also accessible for two or more people studying in tandem (Two-to-One Latin Lessons or Small Group In-Company Latin Lessons). All those involved must have around the same experience of the language, similar needs of areas of proficiency and must be able to meet at the same time and place. Bookings must be made for all students at the same time. Listen & Learn does not advise classes of more than 6-8 people, though In-Company Taster Latin sessions can be run with as many as 12 people.
