This set of Māori tutorials are less specific and more targeted for those who want to get a range of different things from learning Māori. Even though all novice students will cover survival Māori: as well as Māori to visit somewhere abroad to make solid contacts with the locals, what do you do from there? It depends on your needs. The people who would benefit the most from these Māori tutorials are those who feel they need to learn Māori to help them out in their business lives. For starters, learning salutations and business etiquette is essential. Once these have been practised, then reading and writing lessons can begin. Typical studiers have been those involved in international imports/exports, negotiations and acquisitions, multinational companies requiring another language and those working in any way with international governments and relevant administration. Two or more people can benefit from studying Māori together as these Māori lessons are also offered to groups (Two-to-One Māori Lessons or Small Group In-Company Māori Lessons). Every student must have the same degree of knowledge of the language, the same business or language needs and the ability to study at the same time and place as everybody else. The booking has to be made for all students at the same time. Our native speaker qualified Māori language teachers can train you and your colleagues at your office or home at a time to suit you. Classes can be any day of the week (even weekends) in the morning, afternoon or evening.
