These Pashto lessons are more general in nature and are targeted at students who have a whole range of different needs. While all beginners level students can expect to cover Survival Pashto—required for short visits to a country where English may not be spoken and/or the intention is to make good contacts with the local population—students then generally progress in different directions depending on their needs. These Pashto lessons are driven towards people who have a requirement to learn Pashto to bolster their work output. For novices, you will find it useful to learn basic greetings and business etiquette. Once you have become more proficient, then reading and writing will come to the fore. Typical students include those concerned with imports and exports, those seeking work in multinational companies, international negotiations and anyone working with international colleagues or administration. Even in our most rudimentary lesson for beginnners, students can expect to finish with decent telephone and e-mail Pashto, as well as a good enough grip on the language for a short trip to the country where the language is spoken. If there are 2 or more of you with the same level of Pashto, the same goals sought for the language and be able to study at the same time and location, then you'll be happy to know that these Pashto lessons can also be made available with Two-to-One Pashto Lessons or Small Group In-Company Pashto Lessons. Listen & Learn does not generally recommend classes with more than 6-8 people, though Taster lessons in Pashto can run with up to 12 people. Classes can take place on any day of the week—even weekends—morning, afternoon or evening. If meeting at your office or home is not suitable, you can take your lessons at the trainer's office. Those wishing to learn Pashto in groups of two or more together (Two-to-One Pashto Lessons or Small Group In-Company Pashto Lessons) can sign up for our group classes. All students must be at nearly the same level of Pashto proficiency, have the same needs from the language and be able to study at the same time and place as the others. Bookings must be made for all students simultaneously. Listen & Learn does not propose group sizes of more than 6-8 people, but In-Company Taster Pashto Lessons can occur with up to 12 people.
