For beginners, it will be useful to learn greetings and basic business etiquette, at higher levels reading and then writing become more important. Typical students include those involved in import/export, international negotiations and acquisitions, jobseekers in multinational companies where an additional language is required, and those working with international colleagues, academia and government. Even on our most basic course for Beginners, students should expect to end the course with basic Telephone English and e-mail English skills for communications as well as Survival English required for short visits to a country.

Norwich
A city in East Anglia, Norwich has a population approaching 130,000. Sometimes portrayed humorously in the media as a remote, undistinguished part of the UK as a result of its geographical isolation and its comparatively low population of ethnic minorities, Norwich in fact has plenty lot to offer. It has a rich history of chocolate manufacture; along with a wealth of historical architecture, but much of this was somewhat cut short by the Second World War. In 2006 Norwich was voted the "greenest" city in the UK.
